devOSD is an anti-aliased, customizable text overlay designed for use in Japanese games. It can grab translated text from Translation Aggregator, speak currently displayed text using Text-to-speech API, and mirror clipboards across virtual machines and host PCs. Requirements: Windows XP, Vista, or Seven (9x/ME not supported) with .NET Framework 4.0; Translation Aggregator by ScumSuckingPig (http://www.hongfire.com); and Translated clipboard text settings.
